Vegetable puree & Paste Processing Plant
- Tailor designed unit for processing of raw vegetables to fine paste and purees volumes ranging from 200 kg/hr to 2000 kg/hr having desired level of automation as desired maybe automatic or semi-automatic. The setup comprises of various sections as described below:
The process involves thorough cleaning, soaking and peeling of the raw vegetables into cleaned and peeled vegetables by using suitable washers and peelers for the desired vegetable. There is a wide range of washers and peelers available for the wide range of vegetable and a suitable model shall be selected based upon the processing of the particular vegetable.
The processing station comprises of various stages:
- PRE-CRUSHING UNIT:
The cleaned vegetables are initially crushed into slices or raw paste depending on the vegetable.
- FINE GRINDING UNIT:
Multiprocessor is use for fine grinding of the crushed paste to form smooth and fine paste of the vegetable.
- MIXING UNIT:
The paste so formed is then mixed and homogenized with other ingredients such as water, salt, preservatives, etc and the final homogenized product is suitable for packaging with a super fine texture from the available wide range of our homogenizers
- PISTON FILLERS FOR JARS/POUCHES:
A set of piston fillers along with labeling, sealing and conveying machines are used to fill the prepared paste in jars/pouches for institutional packs.
- SACHET PACKAGING:
FFS (Form Fill & Seal) machine is used to pack the prepared tomato ketchup in the sachets of desired volumes ranging from 100 grams to grams.
