In-tank Batch Homogenizer

We design 2 types of batch high shear mixers: One is enclosed shaft and the other is in tank batch homogenizer.

Enclosed shaft seals the shaft from the process liquid making it easy to clean and is GMP compliant.

For chemicals and other applications the in tank homogenizer works perfectly well.

The lifting system can be automated using a hydraulic powerpack in both cases.

It can be custom designed according to the length and diameter of the vessel.

The stator designs are interchangeable and we use CFD to determine them.

We also use CFD analysis to determine the right mixer .

Our mixers are manufactured according to ISO practises.

We have hygienic designs as well as explosion proof models.

The material of construction also varies from alloy steels to various polymers.
