High shear inline homogenizer is designed for a complex mixing applications and replaces the simple agitator which is ineffective in mixing. It performs different types of operations like emulsification, dissolution, high shear mixing, etc.
Inline high shear mixers are equipped with interchangeable stators which help in achieving this.
These are self-pumping mixers that create a centrifugal pumping action without any need of an external pump. The stators are easily changed as per particle required size for the mixing process.
We design 3 types of inline mixers :
- Single Stage high shear homogenizer
- Two stage high shear homogenizer
- Four stage ( Patented model) high shear homogenizer
The stator designs are interchangeable and we use CFD to determine them.
We also use CFD analysis to determine the right mixer .
Our mixers are manufactured according to ISO practises.
We have hygienic designs as well as explosion proof models.
The material of construction also varies from alloy steels to various polymers.
Explosionproof models are also offered as per requirement, ATEX, NEMA and UL certification can also be provided upon request.
Double mechanical sealing and jacketed mixers are also offered optionally.
