Pigment wetting quality directly impacts colour strength, dispersion efficiency, and downstream milling performance. Poor wetting leads to agglomerates, floating pigments, and excessive bead mill energy consumption.

Wahal Solid Liquid Mixers induct pigments directly into a high-shear liquid zone, ensuring immediate wetting and uniform dispersion. The rotor–stator assembly reduces interfacial tension between pigment particles and the liquid phase, minimising agglomeration.
